The firm is headed by Sandile Thokozani Mabaso, who has more than 20 years of experience as an attorney since he was admitted in 2004. He holds a B Proc degree from Vista University and a Diploma in Labour Law from the University of Johannesburg. He has extensive experience in employment/labour, civil, and criminal law. Mabaso is also an Acting Judge in the Labour Courts and has written more than 200 judgements; some of his decisions are easily accessible online, such as www.saflii.org.za. He deals with all aspects of employment/labour, civil, commercial, and criminal law. He appears in all Courts and fora: the Constitutional Court, Labour and Labour Appeal Courts, Supreme Court, High Courts, and the CCMA. The team includes Ms Nobuhle Portia Masondo, a Senior Associate. She has been with the firm since 2013, obtained an LLB degree at the University of South Africa in 2017 and was admitted as an attorney in 2019. Ms Lethukuthula Nosipho Mazibuko is a Junior Associate. She joined the firm as a candidate attorney in 2020 having obtained her LLB Degree from the University of Zululand and was admitted as an attorney in 2023. She further holds certificates in Civil Litigation Mediation, as well as Divorce and Family Mediation. Her practice areas include Employment/Labour law, general civil litigation, and divorce.
